We have an exciting opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team

This is a hands-on role. You will need to spend 80% of your time on the shop floor working closely with continuous improvement leaders and collaborate with departmental supervisors and their teams to support our goal of being recognized as the “fabricator of choice”. By identifying opportunities for improvement and executing strategic plans to optimize plant output, you will be instrumental in helping achieve our annual growth targets. You will bring energy and passion to every interaction and innovate to deliver value to both our internal and external customers. Your ability to communicate standards and build strong professional relationships with the team will be a key asset in driving results and contributing to a positive culture.

Key responsibilities:

- Identify processes with opportunities for improvement.
- Improve and implement new procedures.
- Work in collaboration with different departments and foster collaboration and connectivity.
- Plans and tracks timelines for projects and initiatives.
- Provides reports defining project and initiative progress, issues and solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or other degree relevant to the position.
- A graduate degree in an appropriate discipline, an asset.
- Experience in leading process reengineering/mapping and continuous improvement.
- Lean Six Sigma certification: Black Belt level, an asset.
- Excellent analytical, communications, organizational and attention to details skills.
- Roll up your sleeves mentality with a whatever it takes mindset to get the job done.
- Naturally curious and strong desire to learn and grow.
