**Part-Time Accounts Payable/Receivable Position**

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Full cycle accounts payable functions such as verifying and entering all payables, credit card reconciliations, issuing cheques and vendor management;
- Creation of invoices in accordance with the contractual requirements of projects;
- Performs accounts receivable tasks including reconciliation and collections;
- Create, maintain and monitor product costing and sales quote sheets;
- Work with the Corporate Travel Agent to create and book itinerary for Project Managers;
- Relief for the Secretary including answering phones and other secretarial duties;
- Acting as part of the support team for month-end and year-end financial activities;
- Assist with the provision of information to external auditors for the annual audit;
- Special projects as required;
- Any other task as assigned by the Chief Financial Officer.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Minimum 1-year experience with credit card reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable;
- Able to expeditiously use QuickBooks;
- Preference will be given to individuals with an international perspective;
- Intermediate to advanced use of Excel and other Microsoft Office products;
- Willingness to adopt use of information technology, and digital/automation tools;
- Good judgement and demonstrated sound decision-making skills, highly motivated and has a proactive approach to problem solving;
- Excellent command of the English language including verbal and written communication skills.
