**In Office - **Monday to Friday 8:30AM - 4:30PM**

**Principal Accountabilities and or Duties**
- Reception duties - answering incoming calls, managing mail, scanning, couriers, welcoming guests.
- Work with property manager for security and other office service issues at the Controller’s request
- Facilitate office supply and printer ink orders for the head office.
- Post customer payments through recording cash, cheques, and credit card transactions
- Assist, as needed, to balance cheque receipts to bank deposits
- Position is an in-office position. Incumbent must work onsite.
- Other duties as assigned

**Knowledge and Educational Requirements**
- 1 years’ experience working in an accounting department is preferred
- College or University education in Accounting Practices is preferred
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite of products - excel
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written is required
- Problem solving, accuracy, attention to detail and analytical ability is required
