**Responsibilities**
- Managing daily intake
- Managing daily office admin tasks
- Client communication
- Document translation
- Virtual reporting
- Transcription
- Entering information to assist with various business processes

**Qualifications**
- Attention to detail
- Strong English grammar and comprehension
- Strong French Grammar and comprehension
- Computer literacy with strong MS Word skills
- **Current RCMP criminal background check Level 1 upon hiring.**

**Work Location & Hours**
- Our Ottawa office is located at 602, 170 Laurier Ave W, Ottawa, ON K1P 5V5
- Our Toronto office is located at 720, 200 Yorkland Blvd, North York, ON, M2J 5C1
- Open from 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, with morning, afternoon and evening shifts.
- Open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Saturday, with morning and afternoon shifts.

**Compensation**
- $22.00/hour to start
- $23.00/hr after three-month probation, depending on performance.
- Vacation as per ESA standards, and is paid out on each pay cheque
- Full health benefits are provided, including pharma, dental, eye, chiro, physio, etc., after three-months of probation.
