**What you will accomplish with us**:

- Product management with operational support for branch locations.
- Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with market needs and branch capabilities.
- Work Closely with branch managers to understand their needs and challenges.
- Build and maintain relationships with key employees and vendors.
- Provide branches with the necessary tools and training to ensure they understand the product line.
- Identify and help in the deployment of new business opportunities to grow the Branch.
- Ensure that branches are well-stocked with the latest products and promotional materials.
- Helping in setting the proper inventory min/max.
- Gather feedback from branches to inform product direction of required improvements.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that drive product adoption and sales.
- Create and deliver training programs for branch staff to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Track product performance across branches, analyzing sales data.
- Generate reports and insights to inform product direction and identify areas for improvement.

**What You Bring to Our Team**:

- 5-7 years of relevant experience in the industry.
- Specialized studies in building mechanics (DEC in building mechanics or Bachelor's degree in mechanical/building/construction engineering or Refrigeration).
- Proficiency in MS Office software.
- Bilingual: French and English, spoken and written (preferred).
- Technical knowledge of represented products and competition.
- Familiarity with the target market for these products.

Compensation Information:
Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000 annually
Supplemental Pay Types Include: Annual bonus
