**Description du poste**

L'analyste financier principal est un membre clé de l'équipe des finances de HofR. Les principaux objectifs de cette fonction sont d'aider à atteindre les objectifs financiers de HofR, de jouer un rôle clé dans l'avancement continu des systèmes et processus financiers de HofR, et de jouer un rôle clé dans le partenariat avec nos équipes commerciales et opérationnelles pour assurer l'alignement et la précision des prévisions.

**Responsabilités**

Planification et analyse financière:

- Diriger le processus de planification annuelle et de prévision mensuelle pour certaines parties de l'entreprise, en partenariat avec les chefs d'entreprise et leurs équipes pour atteindre les objectifs financiers et communiquer de manière appropriée les risques et les opportunités à la direction.
- Garantir l'exactitude des prévisions pour certaines parties de nos états financiers.
- Préparer et publier des rapports de consolidation (source unique de vérité pour la planification/les prévisions).
- Participer à la coordination des rapports mensuels et trimestriels détaillants la performance des activités.
- Effectuer des analyses ad hoc et diriger des projets spéciaux
- Analyse de la rentabilité, de la gestion des stocks, de l'efficacité des promotions et de la précision des prévisions.

Commercialisation, ventes et publicité (ASM)
Ventes, administration et général (SG&A)
- Travailler avec les responsables des centres de coûts pour établir des prévisions précises en matière de frais généraux, administratifs et commerciaux (SG&A) (à l'exclusion des dépenses contrôlables par les ventes).
- Communiquer les facteurs commerciaux des SG&A aux directeurs des centres de coûts et de l’état des résultats (à l'exclusion des ventes).
- Travaillez avec les partenaires commerciaux pour consolider et charger les prévisions totales en matière de publicité, de vente et de marketing (ASM), puis passez-les en revue avec les principaux responsables commerciaux.

Prévisions et de clôtures financières:

- Contribuer à l'élaboration du plan annuel et des prévisions mensuelles pour les SG&A (à l'exclusion des dépenses contrôlables par les ventes) ; consolider les prévisions/le plan total de l’unité d’affaire et ASM.
- Préparer le commentaire mensuel avec les facteurs commerciaux pour ASM et SG&A (à l'exclusion des dépenses contrôlables par les ventes).
- Examiner les hypothèses de prévision, les facteurs et les écarts (pont) avec l'équipe financière et la direction.
- Contribuer aux rapports et aux prévisions sur l'efficacité du fonds de roulement, en partenariat avec la chaîne d'approvisionnement et les comptes clients.

**Qualifications**
- Un baccalauréat en finance ou en comptabilité est requis ;
- Une certification CPA et/ou un MBA (atouts).
- Minimum de 8 ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente, de préférence dans une entreprise de fabrication de produits de marque.
- Disponible pour voyager 2 à 4 fois par an
- Autonome, vous avez réussi à travailler dans des situations ambiguës.
- Solides compétences en matière de présentation

- Connaissance de la suite Microsoft office requis
- Expérience SAP et Qlikview (atout)

- Avoir une vision globale de l'entreprise et chercher à influencer les partenaires commerciaux pour qu'ils fassent de même.

- Vous avez démontré votre capacité à travailler avec des équipes interfonctionnelles et des partenaires commerciaux.
