CRS Crane Solutions is looking to fill the position of Sales Administrator for the New Equipment Sales Department, who, under the direction of the VP Of Sales - New Equipment, will primarily be responsible for the following:

- Provide front line reception, office management, sales team support in terms of documentation management, client communication, inter-department documentation, and any other work that relates to the support of the sales department function.
- Maintain and monitor office inventory levels; place orders as required; and arrange for servicing of office equipment.
- Maintain a positive and professional image of the organization when interacting with employees, clients/customers, visitors, and other external stakeholders at all times.
- Quotation follow-ups with customers.
- Accurately input data into SAP and client data management.
- Coordinate the logístical aspects of sales departmental programs such as meetings, and events.
- Prepare, review, and/or edit various forms of correspondence such as quotations, order entries, letters, invoices, presentations, publications, and reports.
- Keep filing system up-to-date (both physical and electronic files).
- Work on special projects that may arise.

**Experience Required**:

- 1-3 years’ experience in a similar administrative role

**Skills/Abilities**:

- High attention to detail and demonstrates good judgment
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of staff, vendors and customers, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to maintain professionalism at all times
- Effective time management skills with the flexibility to work the hours required to get the job done during peak times
- Excellent in Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technology
- Experience with SAP is an asset
