Reporting to the Front Desk Supervisors, the front desk clerk takes room reservations, greets guests on arrival and during their stay, provides information on the establishment and its services as well as on tourist attractions and receives payments client.

**Task description**:

- Take reservations Coordinate guest arrivals and departures Sell hotel products and services Collect payments for services offered
- Respond to various questions relating to the establishment's services, tourist attractions and various activities in the region
- Coordinate group arrivals and departures
- Route incoming calls
- Handle customer complaints
- Perform any other task related to customer service

- We require bilingualism (French and English) because we serve an international clientele.

- Variable schedule (From 7:00 a.m.), evenings and weekends
