**INTERN, HUMAN RESOURCES, COLLINGWOOD, ON (REMOTE)**

**May 1st - August 25th**

**$18.00 per hour, 40 hour week**

**Job Details**:

- Provide administrative support to HR team including file management, employee communication and personnel files.
- Assist in coordination of employee onboarding including communication, management support and facilitation of new hire training.
- Completing monthly reporting for HR operations, including vacation reports, performance reviews and organization charts.
- Provide support with bite size learning program including calendar management, monthly reporting, and Learning Management System.
- Assist in the development of internal tools, resources, and learning materials
- Work with HR Advisors on various initiatives within client groups
- Provide support on ongoing development of onboarding resources and programs.
- Work with HR team to collaborate and generate ideas for ongoing development of initiatives.
- Actively participate in and assist in the coordination of employee culture events.
- Occasionally assist in recruitment activities such as: such as booking interviews, drawing up offer letters, contracts
- Act as an ambassador of the Parkbridge brand in communications with internal and external stakeholders
- Other tasks as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Enrolled in Human Resources Management, or equivalent program
- Strong organizational skills / attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and successfully manage multiple priorities and projects.
- Demonstrates leadership qualities, curiosity, integrity and drive
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experience in administration, recruitment / HR an asset, but not required.
