**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
Parking Attendant is responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the Club’s two parking lots and for enforcing the Club’s rules with respect to access/use of the parking lots. Assist with snow removal and sanding of Club walkways, decks, stairs, parking areas, etc. as well as support of social events.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES**:

- Interact and converse with members, guests and other Club staff in a friendly, courteous and co-operative manner. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards members, guests and other Club staff.
- Must politely and effectively communicate information to the member/guest concerning the day’s scheduled activities, evening social events and locations, and any other related information.
- Set up parking cones, racks, barriers and signs each morning before members/guests arrival and ensure these are stored at the end of the day.
- Direct vehicles to parking spots in a fast, friendly and efficient manner.
- Keep vehicles clear of fire lanes and no parking zones.
- Provide physical assistance to members and guests when required.
- Ensure smooth operation of the parking areas throughout the day.
- Prepare and complete daily log sheets accurately, neatly and in the prescribed manner.
- Keep parking areas and walkways clear of litter and debris.
- Assist with snow shoveling/sanding of building decks, stairs, walkways, roofs, picnic tables, and sanding of parking areas when needed.
- Always be aware of the safety of members, guests and other employees.
- Assist Building Services staff with set up/take down of special events when required.
- Other duties and responsibilities as determined by the Facilities & Development Manager.

Must be available weekends and holidays. Wages are determined based on experience.
