**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with customers to determine their needs and recommend the right car for them
- Handle all aspects of the sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery and after sales follow up (prospecting)
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our inventory, including the features and benefits of each car

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales in the automotive industry OR as a trainee, sales and customer service experience (other industry experience is valued and required)
- Results driven attitude with excellent customer service skills resulting in complete customer satisfaction
- Competitive mindset, motivated to reach and exceed sales objectives
- Experience in responding and converting Internet leads into sales with strong search capabilities to create own leads
- Bilingual, French and English, oral and written
- Functional computer skills (knowledge of Google or Microsoft suite)
- OMVIC Salesperson License (preferred) and valid driver’s license

This is a full-time position (including every second Saturday).

Responsabilités:

- Travailler en collaboration avec les clients pour déterminer leurs besoins et leur recommander la voiture qui leur convient
- Gérer tous les aspects du processus de vente, du premier contact à la livraison du véhicule et au suivi après-vente (prospection)
- Maintenir une connaissance approfondie de notre inventaire, y compris les caractéristiques et les avantages de chaque voiture

Exigences:

- Un minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en vente dans l'industrie automobile OU expérience en vente et en service à la clientèle (expérience dans une autre industrie est valorisée et requise)
- Attitude axée sur les résultats avec d'excellentes compétences en service à la clientèle résultant en une satisfaction totale du client
- Esprit compétitif, motivé pour atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de vente
- Expérience dans la conversion de clients potentiels et dans la recherche internet pour créer vos propres prospects
- Bilingue, français et anglais, oral et écrit
- Compétences informatiques fonctionnelles (connaissance de la suite Google ou Microsoft)
- Permis de vendeur OMVIC (de préférence) et permis de conduire valide

Pay: $40,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
