The wage range for this role is $21.19-24.08/hr.

**Your tasks at a glance**
- You present treatment options to prospective patients.
- You provide accurate information to patients regarding surgery, pricing, and scheduling.
- You manage and address patient questions accurately, concisely, and in a timely manner.
- You help meet patients' needs by consulting, reassuring, and scheduling follow-ups, across different regions.
- You could be cross-trained for other positions such as Clinical Assistant, Receptionist, etc.

**A clear view of your assets**
- You have excellent communication skills in English.
- You are comfortable using computer tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, EMR systems, etc.).
- You have a broad background in customer service or retention in a relevant industry such as cosmetics, retail, banking, insurance, travel sales, restaurants, gyms, etc.
- You have the desire to succeed and are a results-oriented person familiar with customer follow-up techniques.
- You are organized, self-disciplined, and have excellent prioritization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- You are available to work Monday to Friday (8:00am-4:00pm) with occasional Saturdays.
