**The Opportunity**

We are looking for a resourceful individual to provide marketing support while working in a highly collaborative team environment.

**Responsibilities**:
Creates a wide variety of marketing materials that may include maps, advertisements, demographic reports, and brochures for in-house and client presentations.

Develop and execute brand, property marketing and social media strategy for team and client projects.

Manages and supports the day-to-day marketing requests from teams and their client projects.

Organizes and maintains filing system, file correspondence and other records.

Organizes the preparation and production of customized, client specific property information packages in response to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).

Communicate and manage relationships with external service providers.

Works with vendors to estimate marketing projects and oversee production.

May investigate, compare and recommend local suppliers of marketing production services, including typography, paper and printing.

Adhere to corporate style guides on type, colour schemes, and other brand elements.

Supports marketing team, providing guidance and recommendations on design, best practices and available resources.

Other duties may be assigned.

**What we require**

Post-secondary education, preferably in Graphic Design or equivalent combination of education and experience.

2 years’ experience providing graphic design and marketing support to a team of professionals is preferred.

Experience and/or interest in the Real Estate industry is preferred but not required.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and InDesign.

Analytical thinker with strong marketing knowledge.

Strong editing and writing skills required.
