Relevant du gestionnaire d’immeuble, l’administrateur du site est responsable de répondre aux demandes administratives d’ordre générale à plusieurs bureaux de location.
La ou le titulaire du poste fournie un service à la clientèle hors pair et un soutien opérationnel aux immeubles résidentiels tout en démontrant de l’enthousiasme avec toutes les parties prenantes.

À titre de personne proactive, l’Adminstrateur répond aux demandes du site. En particulier:
- Travailler en conformité avec toutes les parties, y compris tous les règlements et lois municipaux, provinciaux et fédéraux sur la location, le code du bâtiment et de prévention des incendies, ainsi que tous protocoles de santé et de sécurité
- Mettre à jour et maintenir les informations dans les systèmes pertinents (c.à-d. Mircom, Brivo) et le système d’intercom
- Compléter tous les classements et numérisations du site
- Organiser et maintenir les systèmes de classement, y compris le classement papier, le classement électronique et les archives
- Aider à saisir, à tenir à jour et à vérifier les dossiers des résidents dans la base de données Yardi, y compris les renseignements sur les baux, la perception des loyers, le renouvellement des loyers et les avis aux résidents
- Tenir à jour l’inventaire et commander les fournitures de bureau, dépliants et matériel promotionnel
- Complétez l’inventaire et passez les commandes pour les garanties et les boîtes d’emménagement
- Gérer les fournitures d’équipement de protection individuelle pour le personnel du site (c.à-d. masques, désinfectant)
- Préparer et consigner les ordres de travail (demandes de service résidents) et les changements, selon les besoins
- Examiner et transmettre les factures des fournisseurs aux comptes payables
- Planifier les inspections et les travaux en unité, au besoin
- Work with Capital Projects team to prepare site and residents for capital projects including preparing notices, site logistics, as needed, and replying to resident queries
- Travailler avec l’équipe des projets d’immobilisations pour préparer le site et informer les résidents, soit la préparation et la distribution d’avis, la logistique du site, et répondre aux questions des résidents
- Comprendre et respecter tous les critères énoncés dans le Programme d’Immeuble locative certifié (PILC). et le Programme de Logement multiples sans criminalité (PLMSC), le cas échéant
- Maintenir les registres de stationnement, de casier et de résidents
- Préparer les baux et les boîtes d’emménagement
- Organiser le bureau et développer des systèmes d’organisation
- Vérifier les fichiers électroniques pour s’assurer que les baux, les demandes, etc. sont numérisés et rapportés correctement
- Recevoir et traiter les paiements de loyer
- Coordonner et gérer les avis de non-paiement, les arriérages, les augmentations annuelle et tout autre document requis par la Régie du logement
- Gérer les dossiers du site
- Coordonner les problèmes de parasites, planifier les traitements, préparer les avis et les directives pour les résidents
- Répondes aux appels de service à la clientèle
- Répondre, en temps opportun, à toutes les demandes de renseignements par téléphone et par courriel
- Traiter toutes les demandes de renseignements, commentaires, plaintes ou préoccupations de manière professionnelle et courtoise
- Fournir un soutien à l’équipe de location, au besoin
- Fournir des commentaires, documenter les exigences et aider à la de formation des employés
- Aider le gestionnaire de l’immeuble à obtenir des estimés de fournisseurs et d’entrepreneurs, à préparer des rapports mensuels, à suivre les dates de renouvellement et à obtenir des certificats d’assurance courants
- Préparer, approuver et gérer les bons de commande
- Surveiller et contribuer au bon déroulement des opérations en l’absence du Gestionnaire d’immeuble
- Aider à la mise en œuvre des exigences de tout règlement et loi lies à la gestion des logements locatifs en ce qui concerne:
- Les informations pour les locataires
- Documentation signée
- Inscription et classement des dossiers
- Registre de soutien des locataires
- Tout autre élément requis en vertu de nouveau règlement
**_Exigences_**_ _**_:_**
- Obtention d’un diplôme d’études secondaires
- 2 à 3 ans d’expérience en administration de bureau, gestion de propriétés, vente ou service à la clientèle
- Connaissance générale des lois liées au logement
- Bonnes compétences en communication et en écriture en français et en anglais Bonne connaissance des systèmes informatiques, tels que la suite Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word et Excel) et Yardi
- Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et en équipe
- Bonne habileté à résoudre des conflits et négocier avec patience, tact et de façon efficace en situa
