Arbutus Speech Therapy is ready to add a new Speech-Language Pathologist to the team.

**About The Position**

Arbutus Speech Therapy is a boutique practice offering private speech-language pathology services at our client’s location or virtually via telehealth. We work with a wide range of clientele and age groups, with the majority including:

- Early identification and intervention (0-5 years old)
- Autistic children (pre-diagnosis, preschool, and school-aged treatment)
- Articulation and Phonological Processes
- Expressive and Receptive Language
- Adult Rehabilitation (stroke, Parkinson disease, TBI)
- Accent modification and professional communication (training provided)

As an Arbutus Speech Therapist you create your own schedule and accept clients who you feel passionately about working with. You use the Jane App for scheduling and clinical documentation.

You can focus on your clients because we handle all administrative tasks including initial scheduling, receiving payment, and managing funding.

**About You**

You are interested in the flexibility and financial incentives that private practice can offer your lifestyle. Perhaps, you are an experienced SLP looking to build a part-time caseload, a public health SLP looking to make a big change, or a recent graduate looking to rapidly grow a full-time diverse caseload.

**You must have the following**:

- A Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active (or Conditional) Registration with CSHPBC
- A driver’s license and your own vehicle

**Nice-To-Haves**
- An interest in working with our youngest clients (0-5)
- Registered Autism Service Provider (RASP) or open to the commitment of being supervised (1-2 year minimum)
- Experience or interest in Accent Modification
