Arbutus Speech Therapy is a boutique BC-owned and operated speech therapy practice with a steady stream of new clients. We currently have an opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team.

We provide online, at-home, at-school, and in-community speech-language pathology (SLP) services from highly trained, compassionate clinicians based in Vancouver.

**About The Position**

An Arbutus Speech Therapist works with a diverse group of clients, is constantly learning, and develops close working relationships with their families.
- Provide speech therapy assessment and treatment in a blend of in-home, online, and in-school settings
- Work with a variety of age groups and diagnoses
- Manage your caseload and schedule within the Jane App Software

**About You**

You might be an experienced SLP, or a recent graduate. You might be looking to rapidly grow a full-time diverse caseload in private practice, or build a part-time caseload that works for you.
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Registration with the College of Speech and Hearing Health Professionals of BC
- Driver’s License and access to vehicle (a must as we are not clinic-based)
- High-speed internet and webcam for teletherapy
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Independent, responsive, and self-motivated
- Client-centered and passionate about providing great care
- Loves people, builds effective rapport and relationships

**Nice-To-Haves**
- Previous experience working with both children and adults
- Registered Autism Service Provider (RASP)
- Experience or interest in Accent Modification
