We are seeking a passionate and skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team of professionals. In this role, you will work in an in-clinic setting at City Speech Centre, primarily with children, contributing to enhancing their communication abilities. You will collaborate with our clinical director, an SLP with over 20 years of experience to further develop your clinical expertise in a mentorship dynamic. Your responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' speech and language abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' communication goals.
- Provide speech and language therapy to children with various communication challenges.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to treatment.
- Document and maintain accurate records of client progress and session notes.
- Adapt therapy techniques based on client responses and progress.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Certification with the College of Speech and Hearing Health Professionals of British Columbia (required).
- Strong commitment to neurodiverse affirming practices, ensuring a respectful and inclusive environment for all clients.
- Experience working with children, particularly those with Autism, is considered a valuable asset.
- Ability to create and implement customized treatment plans based on client needs.
- Empathetic, patient, and dedicated to fostering positive client relationships.
- Open to learning and engaging in mentorship opportunities with the clinical director to enhance professional growth.
- Full-time or part-time availability.
