**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Leadership and Management:

- Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on HR-related matters.

2. Talent Acquisition and Retention:

- Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new employees.
- Monitor and enhance employee retention strategies.

3. Employee Relations:

- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Manage employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
- Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and develop action plans based on feedback.

4. Performance Management:

- Oversee the performance appraisal process, ensuring consistency and fairness.
- Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management practices.
- Identify and implement strategies to improve employee performance and productivity.

5. Compensation and Benefits:

- Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct regular market analyses to ensure pay equity and competitiveness.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits and programs.

6. Training and Development:

- Identify training needs and develop comprehensive training programs.
- Promote continuous learning and development opportunities for employees.
- Oversee leadership development initiatives and succession planning.

7. Compliance and Reporting:

- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare required reports.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

8. Organizational Development:

- Drive organizational change initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on organizational design and workforce planning.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-4 years in a senior HR leadership role in educational sector.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
