1-800-GOT-JUNK? is a full-service junk removal company. We offer junk removal

services for homes or businesses. Our No Contact Junk Removal service allows us to

give an estimate and remove items without direct contact, to ensure the comfort and

safety of our customers and our teams.

Job duties
- Managing 30-50 workers depending on the season. From setting the truck team

members up for success, dispatching jobs to each route accordingly, managing

the truck teammates remotely, guiding them through the day, taking phone calls

from them with any questions they have, scheduling jobs, updating truck and job

statuses, taking and solving complications via phone calls with customers,

whether it be complaints/inquiries/taking payment/booking a job in, dealing with

phone calls from head office, putting together invoices for our larger commercial

customers/employees/head office, approving estimates completed on site by

truck team members and sending them off to potential customers, scheduling the

weekly roster for all staff members, being able to come up with solutions quickly

on the spot when any problematic issues may arise throughout the day,

constantly updating Excel spreadsheets with everyone’s information on how

much revenue they’ve made/they’re AJS (Average Job Size)/how many google

reviews they’ve received etc, cross checking staff paperwork at the end of the

day to make sure all their calculations for their days revenue is correct, entering

staff time sheets at the end of the day when they clock out, having the capability

of running the day as the manager on site while out in the trucks when needed if

it’s particularly busy, being able to multi task constantly, being able to manage

the day while strategically planning for the next one, setting up briefings and

having the capability of mapping out each route accordingly making sure the

guys are well set up for success
- Training new staff and ongoing training for current staff
- Use the Field Service/Salesforce apps
- Manage truck maintenance, making sure they’re passing all their safety checks

each day and booking them in for service when needed
- Identify and treat bed bug infestations
- Identify how to recycle metal and the different types of metal there are and how

to tell the differences of each one
- Identify and use different methods of recycling
- Taking payments over the phone from customers

**Requirements**:

- 6+ months of supervisory experience
- 1+ year experience in dealing with customer services such as complaints, and

inquiries and building a good rapport with customers by gaining/retaining

business with them
- 1+ year experience in sales
- To have a full, clean drivers license
- To have experience driving 3-5 tonne trucks
- To be physically fit and able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- To have strong knowledge and capability in using/navigating Excel spreadsheets,

- To be able to type 60 words per minute on a desktop/laptop
- Fully fluent in English with an ability to communicate clearly and concisely via
