Warehouse Support Technician

Radius Security is the leading end-to-end provider of innovative, commercial security system monitoring, installation, and maintenance in BC, specializing in live video guided dispatch. In conjunction with our sister company Radius Fire, we provide an unmatched service for fire monitoring. **This role will be operating out of our head office in Richmond, BC.**
- Inventory Management _
- Perform piece counts and monitor inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Replenish stock as needed to maintain availability.
- Maintain accurate inventory control and oversee stock levels.
- Shipping & Receiving _
- Receive and inspect parts from couriers and delivery drivers.
- Pick and pack parts accurately for shipment.
- Check in/out fire extinguishers and hoses.
- Fire Extinguishers_
- Refurbish fire extinguishers (training and certification provided).
- Maintain equipment as required.
- Document extinguisher and hose services; dispose of extinguishers as needed.
- Assist customers at the counter and handle payments.
- Other Responsibilities _
- Provides support to the Depot Delivery Driver as needed.
- Provides support in the Powder Room as needed.
- Operate a forklift (training and certification provided).

- Holds a valid **Class 5 driver’s license** and is comfortable driving a cargo van.
- **Physically capable **of standing, bending, twisting, squatting, and lifting (up to 50 lbs) as required.
- Has a **mechanical aptitude** (comfortable using hand tools) and eagerness to learn.
- **Flexible**, **adaptable**, and willing to step in wherever needed.
