Program Service Coordinator

The Program Service Coordinator reports directly to the Program Account Manager and is responsible for reviewing and preparing solutions for lighting and electrical product repair and replacement, communicating with client locations to arrange service scheduling, reviewing electrical and architectural drawings for the supply of lighting components for new construction and renovation projects, account invoicing and reporting, and project coordination.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Review on-going work orders for material and technical design requirements.
- Prepare warranty claims, bill of materials for product ordering, and sales orders for service technicians.
- Prepare quotes for customer based on service reports.
- Process customer requests for service and coordinate scheduling with dispatch team.
- Complete monthly invoicing and reporting as per contract requirements.
- Maintain database with status updates of outstanding and approved quotations, and changes to site conditions.
- Assume administrative responsibility for a wide range of program deliverables, including incentives, budget and scheduling needs.
- Proactively identify improvement opportunities, issues and follow
- up on actions required.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering, or Applied Science from a University or College of recognized standing.
- Capability of assuming responsibility and exercising independent judgement.
- Ability to evaluate assignments, determine procedures and implement solutions, schedule work to meet objectives, participate in short
- and long-term planning.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and interact with staff at various levels of the organization.
- Must be able to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Effective time management skills with the strong ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects.
- Self motivated and demonstrate initiative to excel.
- Experience working in a customer service environment an asset.
- Project/Service Management experience is an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Lighting and electrical knowledge is an asset.
