We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Program/School Coordinator for our centre. This is a full-time, year-round position for our childcare centre.

The coordinator will have a customer service focus for parents, children, and staff and will work to ensure the smooth operation of our office and centre.

**Responsibilities**:

- Directing inquiries, questions, and concerns to the appropriate supervisor or director.
- Greeting visitors, answering phones, building rapport with clients.
- Assisting in the creation and implementation of policies and procedures.
- Planning and coordination of centre activities and events.
- Manage communications through media relations, social media, etc.
- Conducting Mandarin and English school tours to showcase the school's facilities and programs.
- Facilitating the enrolment and registration process for new students.
- Taking charge of ordering office and centre materials to ensure a well-equipped and organized environment.
- Collaborating with other office members to distribute workload effectively and meet deadlines.
- Preparing, presenting, and documenting reports, results, surveys, and inquiries.
- Working alongside other office members to ensure comprehensive and accurate documentation.
- Engaging in collaboration and maintaining ongoing communication with university/college research labs regarding studies related to children.

Qualifications:

- Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential
- Masters Degree
- Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Professional and pleasant demeanour
- Familiarity with child care environment is an asset
