**Key Responsibilities**:

- To ensure this isn’t understated, this position requires a substantial amount of introductory calling and live customer interfacing
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets by closing sales and increasing customer retention
- Collaborate with the CEO and Marketing Specialist to create effective sales materials, promotions and campaigns that align with company goals
- Track and report sales activities, customer feedback and market trends to the CEO
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay current on market trends and best practices
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's community membership products, pricing, and competitive landscape
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the company's CRM system
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in sales, and meeting or exceeding revenue targets; or a foundational skillset and an undeniable passion to thrive in this role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with potential customers and effectively communicate the value of the Pathfinder365 platform
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools such as Bitrix24, Salesforce, Hubspot, or similar tools
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Knowledge of digital marketing and advertising
