**The Opportunity**:
WSP is seeking a bilingual Project Resource Coordinator to join our Transportation Systems team. Reporting to the Resource Manager, Transportation Systems, you will support the Project Resource team by coordinating and supporting the execution of project activities, including resource coordination, record keeping and team liaising.

**A day in the life**:

- Maintain a register of all project resourcing documents by regular updates of related logs to track all documents;
- Receive information related to the project and distribute the information to the responsible parties;
- Support a small portfolio of transportation related projects with internal resourcing needs;
- Report preparation and drafting of correspondence;
- Ensure all project documentation is compliant with project formats, company standards, styles, and verification forms;
- Communicate in a professional manner;
- Problem solves under tight deadlines and make decisions autonomously;
- Other duties as assigned/required.

**What you'll bring to WSP...**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited University or College;
- 3 - 5 years of professional working experience;
- Strong computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook;
- Strong work ethic and sense of commitment;
- Flexibility to attend meetings outside of normal business hours to connect with our international teams is highly desirable.
- Bilingual French and English.
