**Duties and responsibilities**
- Collaborates the development and implementation of CM methodology, strategies and plans to support large to medium scale transformation projects;
- Conducts stakeholder analysis, organizational impact and change readiness assessments to identify change impacts on leaders, employees, and external stakeholders and associated risks;
- Develops and implements CM strategies and plans to mitigate risks and successfully transition impacted stakeholders through the changes;
- Conducts training needs assessments, and leads the development of training strategies, plans and materials on projects;
- Supervises, coaches, trains and mentors program/project team members as required;
- Supports the development and enhancement of CM practices and tools, training curriculum, templates and other materials to support leaders and employees in a consistent and structured approach;
- Identifies and anticipates organizational challenges and/or resistance; develops risk mitigation plan;
- Coordinates the development and delivery of training;
- Works closely with the Communications team to ensure key messages are properly developed and shared;
- Provides content and ensures messages delivered are consistent across all mediums;
- Facilitates meetings, deliver presentations as required;
- Participate in any HR projects or initiatives;
- Provides regular updates to EPMO director and other stakeholders as requested;
- Other duties as required for the position.
**Qualification and skills**
- 3-5 years’ experience in change management;
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, Or equivalent;
- Professional certificate, title in Change management, as asset;
- Demonstrated experience and expertise in change initiatives;
- Demonstrated experienced in facilitation and consultation with a variety of stakeholder groups from senior executives to front line employees on range of simple to complex topics;
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and experience delivering training sessions would be an asset;
- Intermediate skills in MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project Office);
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills leading business leaders towards cultural change and introduction of new concepts'
- Excellent prioritization and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and navigate through ambiguity;
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills;
- Advanced customer service orientation with the ability to present ideas, change plans and solutions and delivery approaches in a business-friendly context;
- Ability and willingness to travel.
