- Help our internal clients to think about and define their overall change management strategy in order to provide them with tailor-made end-to-end support.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of a change management framework (tools, models, guiding principles).
- Lead workshops with work teams and stakeholders to understand impacts, risks and problems.
- Implement all levels of change management to mobilize and involve key project stakeholders.
- Perform change management activities, including stakeholder identification, impact analysis, human and organizational risk assessment, implementation of communication and training plans and preparation or the transition to implementing change. -With the project management office, coordinate change management activities and ensure the production of deliverables.
- Monitor the quality of change management deliverables and produce progress reports.
- Define and measure success criteria and monitor the progress of change for each project.
- Lead and monitor change management deliverables in relation to project governance and ensure the integration of activities and deliverables into the overall project schedule.
- Propose action plans to achieve the objectives set in the face of unforeseen situations and potential risks.
