**About this role**

We are recruiting for a **Business Development Coordinator** to join our Burnaby office.

This is a great opportunity for a recent business or marketing/sales graduate who is highly motivated and passionate, with the desire to be coached and mentored to pursue a career path in business development.

Here's how your role will strengthen our team.

**Your responsibilities**
- Provide business development support for all of Houle's business groups including: Electrical Service, Projects and Technologies
- Schedule, record and manage meeting information and documents
- Research potential sales leads and opportunities, and create outreach plan
- Coordinate and prepare presentation materials
- Document leads and organize client meetings
- Maintain CRM entries and sales activities report

**Your experience and skills**
- Recent graduate with a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing/Sales, or equivalent
- Desire to pursue a career in Business Development and have a strong interest in the construction, electrical contracting or building technology industry
- 2 years of work experience in a customer service, sales, or business development role
- Solid computer skills (MS Office, MS Dynamics CRM)
- Knowledge of principles and practices of business, customer service, sales
- Able to manage multiple projects and organize tasks
- Have a sense of urgency, results-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary, and entrepreneurial environment
- Excellent people skills and proven team player
- Adaptable and goal driven with excellent verbal and written communication skills
