Our Ready Refrigeration team is expanding We are now looking for a driven and skilled _**Service Coordinator **_to join our team.

As an experienced coordinator, you will thrive on a fast-paced environment with lots of variety throughout your day.

**What we need**:

- Experience within a service department, you’ll be responsible for scheduling and dispatching our technicians, invoicing, tracking warranties, and ordering parts.
- Following multiple jobs to the end, making sure it’s done to completion and collecting payment.
- Checking to see if any parts are under warranty for service work, ensure the technician returns the part to our wholesaler, tracking the warranty cheques when they come in, posting to the account/ invoice.
- Update Service Fusion (company database) this is where you will be creating invoices, updating or entering new customer information and dispatching the technicians.
- We get lots of phone calls for service/ cleanings - you need to be able to handle troubleshooting over the phone (this can be taught), and booking the appointments, getting payment information, checking availabilities on the calendar, updating cancellations or emergency work. Working with the Sales Coordinator and Operations Manager on scheduling to ensure no conflicts arise.
- Getting invoices out on time, making sure technicians are completing paperwork.
- We need someone with excellent organization and multitasking skills.
- Someone who is efficient, can think and work independently, make decisions and be assertive. Own the role
