We are seeking a highly adaptable and well-rounded individual to work closely with enterprise stakeholders and partners to lead the development of enterprise I&IT investment plans, performance measures, and related projects in support of government-wide digital transformation objectives.

**What can I expect to do in this role?**: You will:
Help lead and support enterprise-oriented planning and performance management functions, including the developing in-year and strategic planning process TB/MBC submissions, communicating the value and impact of strategic enterprise-wide technology investments, and navigating branch, divisional, and corporate approvals processes.

**How do I qualify?**:
**Strategic Business Planning and Performance Measurement Knowledge**: You have:

- Experience developing multi-year strategic and operational IT plans.
- Proven strategic planning and coordination skills to develop business cases and submissions, facilitate approvals, and perform ongoing monitoring and reporting of outcomes of technology initiatives, and develop related report-backs.
- Experience leading performance measurement and management activities, including developing effective qualitative and quantitative performance measures to help monitor the progress of technology initiatives.

**Project Management Skills**: You have:

- Demonstrated project management and organizational skills to coordinate complex, concurrent projects and ensure tasks are performed within time, resource requirements, and in accordance with best practices.

**Analytical Skills**: You have:

- Ability to identify and assess strategic directions, priorities, risks and the impacts of changes and decisions, options, efficiency and effectiveness.
- Problem-solving skills to develop risk mitigation strategies and solutions.
- Ability to think strategically to recognize emerging trends, understand client requirements/needs, and determine the best course of action.

**Communication and Interpersonal Skills**: You have:

- Communication skills to prepare effective reports and documentation, and make presentations to senior management, clients and stakeholders.
- Interpersonal and networking skills to bridge the communication and experiential gaps between clients and technical staff.
- Consulting and influencing skills to anticipate and understand stakeholders' differing points of view and build support for recommendations.
