FSB INSURANCE LTD. is seeking a responsible individual to provide financial and administrative services in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide general accounting, bookkeeping, and clerical support
- Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
- Prepare and execute accounts payable and receivable, vendor invoices and payments.
- Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
- Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
- Enter key data of financial transactions in the database
- Research, track and restore accounting or documentation discrepancies

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in an accounting role calculating and processing bills, invoices, accounts payable and receivable, general bookkeeping, budgets and other financial records/reporting
- Must be competent with MS Office, Excel, databases and accounting software
- Relevant accounting/finance education
- Insurance Brokerage background and Power Broker an asset.
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information
- Ability to maintain confidentiality concerning financial files
