**Position: Accounting and Administration Assistant**

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Perform accounting and clerical functions to support management and office team.
- Liaise with off-site head office to reconcile accounts.
- Enter all invoices into the system.
- Co-managing quarterly physical inventory counts.
- Process invoices, and employees expense reports/bills for payment for accounts payable.
- Assisting upper management with any accounting activities.
- Assist with the preparation of weekly payroll.
- Assist with year-end reporting and activities.
- Working closely with purchasing to ensure payment flow.
- Reception and phone answering duties.
- Assist with organizing training sessions and trade shows and provide administrative support to the General Manager. Perform any additional duties as required.

Job Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in Accounting/Business Degree.
- 2+ years of bookkeeping experience.
- Proficient computer literacy is a must, including exceptional, Microsoft Office, MRP Software.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively & efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as on a team.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Energetic & highly motivated
- Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.

Wage Rate: $48,000 -52,000 per year commensurate with experience
