Accounts Receivable Coordinator

**Summary**:
This position is Account Receivables focused. This will include posting payments to customer accounts, aged receivable analysis, inputting invoices to payable system, AR analysis, and preparation of reports as needed with an emphasis on customer service and customer satisfaction. The position reports into the Billing Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Receivables and Collections
- Actively work AR (retail, corporate and Dealers) daily, aggressively following up on decline customer payments.
- Post customer payments daily.
- Negotiate payment schedules in accordance with credit policies and collections timelines and oversee suspensions and disconnections of services for non-payment.
- Process and follow-up on bankruptcy claims and monthly write offs.
- Evaluate accounts and process 3rd party assignments monthly after all efforts have been made to collect the full outstanding balance.
- Report on AR position periodically and maintain accurate aging report.
- Other duties and tasks as required.

Order Approval and Credit Management
- Approve orders on hold due to size and or payment / credit issues
- Perform credit checks on customers (Dealers and End-Users) and determine appropriate credit limit.
- Responding to Customers Credit card chargebacks
- Communicate trends and issues to manager
- Escalate suspected Fraud to Manager, Revenue Assurance

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- Two to three years’ experience in Accounts Receivable/ Payable or similar position
- Facilitate a positive and professional work environment by demonstrating professionalism and consideration of co-workers and exercising initiative to offer assistance where and when appropriate.
- Perform well under pressure and can meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong computer skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
