THP is undertaking the modernization of its business systems, specifically its human resources, payroll and staff scheduling systems, over the next two years. A project team has been established to oversee the planning and implementation of this project and it will be working with external partners and vendors throughout this process.

This role reports to the Associate Vice President, Business Systems Transformation.

This role is primarily remote, however, on-site presence at any one of THP’s three hospital sites or off-site locations may be required from time to time as deemed necessary by project leadership.

**Responsibilities**:

- Leads all aspects of the Change Management & Integration work stream of the Business Systems Transformation Project from planning to implementation
- Liaises with THP’s Communications & Public Affairs team to ensure alignment with corporate communications activities, guidelines and policies
- Ensures that all communications materials for the project are consistent in messaging, language and branding
- Advises the Project Lead and Executive Lead on the Change Management & Integration work stream throughout the project and escalates issues and risks as required
- Directs the recruiting and hiring (if applicable), performance development / management and ongoing leadership of the Change Management & Integration work stream
- Establishes effective relationships with leaders and staff within applicable operational departments (e.g. HR, Finance, Patient Care Services, Institute for Better Health, Communications, etc.), to enable the gathering of information and data that will inform a robust change management strategy and communications strategy for the project
- Establishes effective relationships with external partners and vendors involved in the project
- Is an active participant and / or contributor to discussions, engagement sessions, project planning and design / future state discussions
- Works in collaboration with other Managers and Project Directors on the Business Systems Transformation Project to establish standardized processes, principles and approaches across work streams
- Identifies and leverages appropriate operational committees, councils and groups that will support achieving the objectives of the project through design and implementation
- Co-chairs the Readiness, Change, Communications & Training Working Group(s) and leads the development of terms of reference, work plans, status reports, risk / issues registries, action lists, decision trackers and other materials / documentation for the Working Group(s); drives decision making within the Working Group and makes recommendations to the Business Systems Transformation Steering Committee
- As a member of the Business Systems Transformation Steering Committee, advances recommendations for decision and escalates issues and risks as required
- In collaboration with resources within the Change Management & Integration work stream, identifies, manages, reports on and escalates risks and issues
- Participates in any necessary process and / or systems training, workflow redesign, engagement, events and other activities pertaining to the project
- Develops a deep understanding of the expected change and resulting impact to the organization
- Oversees all project communications, communication materials and coordinates with corporate communications, other major projects and the Strategy Management Office to ensure alignment and timing between initiatives
- Creates and / or reviews materials (e.g. presentations, reports, business cases, etc.) for a variety of audiences and presents to staff, leaders, executives and the Board of Directors, as required
