Client Care Associate

**Overview**:
Under the direction of the Client Care Sr. Manager, the Client Care Associate is responsible for maintaining customer loyalty and satisfaction by providing helpful information, answering questions, responding quickly and efficiently to any client issues or concerns. You are the front line of support for our clients and help ensure that Moroccanoil Customers are satisfied with products as well as services.
We are looking for an enthusiastic team player, eager to join our growing Client Care Team.
**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Deliver exceptional and memorable experience to all Moroccanoil customers
- Maintain excellent relations with customers, analyze their needs and propose solutions tailored to their requirements
- Promote suitable products and services
- Take appropriate measures to solve problems effectively
- Achieve productivity goals
- Communicate proactively with customers, handle complaints and follow up
- Attend mandatory training sessions to stay updated on product or company policy changes
- Reception lunch/vacation replacement may be required
**Skills & Abilities**
- Above and beyond attitude when dealing with clients with strong problem-solving skills
- Enjoys communicating with clients through multiple channels
- Passion for great service and the ability to connect with people
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, work independently and as a team player
- High level of professionalism
- Knowledge of Zendesk an asset but not required
- Bilingual (English and French and asset)

**Aperçu**:
Sous la direction du gestionnaire principal du service à la clientèle, l'associé au service à la clientèle est chargé de maintenir la fidélité et la satisfaction de la clientèle en fournissant des informations utiles, en répondant aux questions, en répondant rapidement et efficacement à tout problème ou préoccupation des clients. Vous êtes la première ligne d'assistance pour nos clients et vous contribuez à ce que les clients de Moroccanoil soient satisfaits des produits ainsi que des services.
Nous recherchons un joueur d'équipe enthousiaste, avide de se joindre à notre équipe de service à la clientèle en pleine croissance.
**Tâches et responsabilités**
- Offrir une expérience exceptionnelle et mémorable à tous les clients de Moroccanoil
- Entretenir d'excellentes relations avec les clients, analyser leurs besoins et proposer des solutions adaptées à leurs exigences
- Aider les clients en utilisant diverses plates-formes telles que les appels, les chats et les courriels
- Promouvoir des produits et services adaptés
- Prendre les mesures appropriées pour résoudre efficacement les problèmes
- Atteindre les objectifs de productivité
- Communiquer de manière proactive avec les clients, traiter les plaintes et assurer le suivi
- Assister aux sessions de formation obligatoires pour rester à jour sur les changements de produit ou de politique de l'entreprise
- Le remplacement du dîner de réception/des vacances peut être nécessaire
**Compétences et capacités**
- Attitude au-delà des attentes lorsqu'il s'agit de clients ayant de solides compétences en résolution de problèmes
- Aime communiquer avec les clients via plusieurs canaux
- Passion pour un excellent service et capacité à se connecter avec les gens
- Fortes compétences en communication écrite et orale
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois, à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe
- Haut niveau de professionnalisme
- Connaissance de Zendesk un atout mais pas obligatoire
- Bilingue (anglais et français et atout)

Pay: $5.00-$10.00 per year
