The Bilingual Panel Administrator acts as the primary Numeris contact for a set number of respondent panel households comprised of individuals of all ages in English and at least one additional business language. The incumbent is responsible for influencing panel members to maximize respondent compliance with Numeris participation standards, primarily through telephone communications with the respondents. The Bilingual Panel Administrator performs duties in accordance with written procedures and quality assurance practices, and works evening and weekend shifts.
**What you will do**:
- Analyse and synthesize information from multiple sources (work orders, details on meter use patterns, various SharePoint lists, automated Task List, procedural documents, ad hoc instructions from Supervisors) to identify an appropriate course of action to correct issues of respondent non-compliance and/or equipment malfunction
- Collaborate with backup as well as assigned Logistics Specialist(s) to ensure that panel homes have the equipment and information they need to achieve participation standards
**What you have**:
- Experience in Customer Service, Sales or Market Research
- Minimum of a College Degree or higher in market research or a related field
