**Job summary**

We are currently looking for a experienced industrial representatives to develop sales with industrial customers in Quebec, Canada and the United States. Knowledge of the operation of industrial paint chambers, sandblasting chambers, automated surface treatment systems, automated pneumatic systems and solvent recyclers is an asset.

**Territories - Senior External Representative**

1- Territory: Ontario (mainly) and USA east coast

**Requirements**:

- University or college education in electrical or mechanical engineering technology, implementation of automated systems, operations management, project management or other related fields
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Leadership, relational skills, ability to analyze and synthesize, sense of responsibility and initiative and teamwork
- Organizational skills in managing multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Essential bilingualism or unilingual Anglophone.

**Responsibilities**
- Management and development of business opportunities in the assigned territory by involving established distributors, manufacturing agents and direct customers
- Analyze the potential of the territory / market, establish the sales budgets and the development schedule
- Promote the full range of IST products and perform cost-benefit and needs analyzes of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Develop and implement strategic plans and follow up on leads to convert into profitable sales
- Receive customer orders to renew their inventory, add items and create quotes for new items, manage warranties and returns
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously provide feedback to the parties involved in order to ensure the constant improvement of the service offered.

**Terms**
- Type of employment: Full time, Permanent (Monday to Friday, 37,5h/week)
- Base salary: $60,000 to $80,000 per year
- Commissions: $50,000 to $250,000 per year
