**Job Summary**: The sales center manager exercises complete responsibility for developing and managing a business operation that increases sales, profitability, market share, and customer and employee satisfaction by directing, coordinating and monitoring all sales, sales center operation and personnel developments activities.

- Assesses local market conditions, identifies current and prospective sales opportunities and develops forecasts, financial objectives and business plans for the sales center.
- Researches, analyzes and implements sales center strategic and marketing plans and recommends desirable changes in the policies and goals of the sales center and the organization.
- Assumes responsibility for total sales center P&L for all operations to meet sales center, region and corporate profitability goals and objectives.
- Hires, trains, directs, and manages all sales center personnel involved with sales, customer service, accounts receivable, and warehouse operations. Depending on the size of the sales center, may perform rather than manage others in these activities.
- Hires, develops and evaluates employees to achieve corporate and personal objectives.
- Complies with equal employment opportunity laws, regulations and company policies related to discrimination in hiring, firing, promotion and compensation.
- Responsible for safeguarding all company assets including inventory, cash, equipment, vehicles and facilities.
- Implements and monitors all company policies and procedures for safe, efficient sales center operations.
- Develops, implements, and monitors sales center policies and budgets and assists in developing sales center goals.
- Participates actively in community, business and industry organizations to build a network of contacts that improve the presence and reputation of the sales center and company in the local area.
- Cooperates fully with the Credit Department in extending and enforcing credit policy.
- Manages the sales center honestly, follows high ethical standards and complies with all government regulations.
- Maintains proficiency in computerized systems and other technologies as required.
- Business travel up to 40% of time.
- Follows company policy and procedures.
- Performs any directly related appropriate duties assigned by the zone and/or regional manager.
- Other non-essential job duties may be assigned.

**Supervisory Responsibilities**: Directly supervises one or more subordinates who supervise warehouse and delivery employees and customer service and sales employees. Directly supervises non-supervisory employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training and developing employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

**Duties**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre
- Manage and supervise center staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues
- Maintain a clean and organized center environment
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase market presence
- Handle administrative tasks such as record keeping, report generation, and data entry
- Utilize math skills to manage financial transactions and cash handling
- Maintain phone etiquette when communicating with customers and stakeholders

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent math skills for managing financial transactions and inventory control
- Proficient in phone etiquette for effective communication with customers and stakeholders
- Time management skills to ensure efficient operations of the center

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$86,250.00 per year
