Sales Closing Coordinator

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING- Managing the contract administration process for presale contracts from launch to project completion
- Receiving and reviewing instructions from realtors and lenders
- Attending to registration in appropriate registries
- Involvement in all aspects of a closing, including scheduling, expediting items to meet deadlines, coordinating receipt of closing documents and funds, reviewing/revising final closing documentation, conducting/verifying final title search requirements, and completing the registration documentation
- Enters and reviews contracts in Blackline and ensures that checklist items are met
- Ensures completion of all transactions (e.g. liaise with lawyers, notaries, and cooperating brokerage, confirm commission, send excess deposits, provide registration numbers to agents)
- Communicates with purchasers throughout the project completion cycle
- Sends amendments to disclosure statements to purchasers and monitor receipts
- Performs other related duties as assigned by the Leadership
- Coordinate and assist the team with active project files
- Must have 3+ experience working in a Real Estate sales company or real estate brokerage
- Demonstrated knowledge of relevant BC Real Estate sales procedures, statutes, rules and regulations
- Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to communicate with clients and other stakeholders in a highly professional manner
- Ability to remain calm and organized when managing multiple files, while paying close attention to detail
- Ability to work well with both outside lawyers and RE Agents
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
