**Responsibilities**:

- Supervises the Front Desk Team, ensuring that all team members deliver exceptional service to guests
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and billing
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Train and develop the front desk team to meet and exceed performance targets
- Ensure that all front desk procedures and policies are followed
- Prepare reports on front desk performance and make recommendations for improvement
- Ensure that the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming to guests

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Front Desk Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with hotel operations and Opera Cloud PMS
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Should be able to work Thursday - Monday with flexibility to work AM or PM shifts.
- Willing to be trained for Night Audit shift.

**Salary**: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Penticton, BC V2A 2C3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (required)
