We are currently looking for a **Customer Acquisition Specialist** to join our dynamic and growing team

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze all incoming requests in the CRM, conduct a quick and efficient preliminary analysis of revenue potential, business sector and territory - Delegate to the appropriate sales team and elevate to senior Management for high potential leads.
- Differentiate from existing customers and new inbound leads and identify opportunities for growth from incoming requests.
- Work collaboratively with Account Directors + support team to ensure all inbound customer inquiries are handled in a timely manner and according to company standard
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills such that no bottlenecks are experienced in the workflow
- Work collaboratively with Marketing Automation Specialist to optimize customer analytics
- Communicate professionally with customers in the CRM when necessary
- Leverage corporate transactional websites and provide products recommendation so the customer can effectively purchase online

**Qualifications**:

- Business background
- 2 - 3 years experience in Sales
- Knowledge of CRM system (i.e: Hubspot) essential
- Detail-oriented and analytical mindset with proactive problem-solving skills
- Organizational skill
- Multitasking
- English & French mandatory, third language is a plus

Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un(e) **Spécialiste de l'Acquisition de Clients** pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique et en pleine croissance

**Responsabilités**:

- Analyser toutes les demandes entrantes dans le CRM, effectuer une analyse préliminaire rapide et efficace du potentiel de revenus, du secteur d'activité et du territoire - Déléguer à l'équipe de vente appropriée et élever à la direction générale pour les prospects à fort potentiel.
- Se différencier des clients existants et des nouveaux leads entrants et identifier les opportunités de croissance à partir des demandes entrantes.
- Travailler en collaboration avec les directeurs de comptes et l'équipe de soutien pour s'assurer que toutes les demandes des clients sont traitées en temps voulu et conformément aux normes de l'entreprise.
- Faire preuve d'excellentes compétences en matière de gestion du temps afin d'éviter tout goulot d'étranglement dans le flux de travail.
- Travailler en collaboration avec le spécialiste de l'automatisation du marketing pour optimiser l'analyse des clients.
- Communiquer de manière professionnelle avec les clients dans le CRM si nécessaire.
- Exploiter les sites Web transactionnels de l'entreprise et recommander des produits afin que le client puisse acheter en ligne de manière efficace.

**Qualifications**:

- Expérience en affaires
- 2 à 3 ans d'expérience dans la vente
- Connaissance d'un système CRM (par exemple Hubspot) essentiel.
- Souci du détail et esprit d'analyse avec des compétences proactives en matière de résolution de problèmes.
- Sens de l'organisation
- Polyvalence
- Anglais et français obligatoires, une troisième langue est un atout.
