Sales Coordinator

Flex-Pression Ltd custom manufactures flexible convoluted hoses, stainless steel braids, metal hose assemblies and expansion joints. Our products meet all compliance requirements from the oil, pulp and paper, steel industries and many more. To keep pace with the company's growth, we're looking for a Sales coordinator to join our Montreal team.
Under the supervision of the Sales Director, the incumbent will be responsible for assisting him with various tasks related to customer service coordination, weekly monitoring of the sales process and management of the team in place for our various branches. Here are some of the main responsibilities he/she will be assuming:
- Working directly with Sales director to structure sales & CSR team: including hiring, mentoring & leading the inside sales & CSR team members
- Leading sales & customer service teams to resolve customer inquiries and technical issues
- Supports customer service team to ensure that sales orders and quotations are processed with efficiency & with high attention to detail
- Works with sales director & sales team to generate and analyze competitive pricing proposals while responding to customer inquiries to support strategic pricing decisions
- Coordinating with operations teams to verify shipping schedules, transit times, and logistics solutions
- Supports sales & CSR team to manage end-to-end proposal documentation, including crafting professional customer communications and maintaining accurate sales records
- Managing client contracts
- Drives customer satisfaction by delivering responsive, solutions-focused support and maintaining proactive communication throughout the service lifecycle
- Work directly with sales team to identify and qualify potential business leads & opportunities
- Works with sales director to generate and analyze comprehensive sales performance analytics (to monitor Kpi’s)
- Updating internal pricing directory and contact directory for global and local sales team
We are looking for someone with the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, administration or related field
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- 5+ years of inside sales support experience within manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, or related field
- Tech Savvy with a high ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software systems
- Effective time and deadline management skills
- Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail
- Leadership
- Result-driven mentality with high motivation and initiative and high level of professionalism
