MUST HAVE PREVIOUS CLINIC OPERATIONS EXPERIENCE

PhysioDNA is seeking a full-time Clinic Operations Lead to be part of our dynamic group of therapists and leadership team. Seeking a high energy individual with a background working in clinic operations and management within the healthcare or fitness industry. We are looking for someone with exceptional customer service and communication that can facilitate growth within our clinics and manage day to day duties. A background in Kinesiology & Physiotherapy is an asset

Job Responsibilities:

- Ensure basic business operations are executed each day at 3 clinic locations: staffing and shift optimization, work with leadership on monthly targets and growth strategy.
- Ensure that PhysioDNA clinic standards are met through an exceptional customer service experience and quality of care with the therapists and admin team.
- Serve as a leader, mentor and coach to admin teams to ensure they feel supported in daily task completion and clinic initiatives
- Achieve monthly revenue targets and work closely with management on partnerships
- Facilitate weekly and monthly team meetings and 1 on 1 strategy planning with therapists
- Ensuring effective implementation and development of clinic and corporate standard operating procedures
- Complete clinic onboarding & off-boarding manuals and process
- Maintaining a strong presence in the clinic, mentor and develop potential leaders within the team for the benefit of future growth of the organization.
- Developing corrective action plan when performance issues are identified
- Take lead on recruitment process of new therapists through varies channels
- Assist and oversee cleanliness of clinics space and reception area
- Procurement of supplies and replenishing supplies well as other basic clinic tasks

- Mature, reliable and trustworthy, well-groomed
- Outstanding communication skills, excellent command of the English language (written and oral); excellent phone demeanour
- Be self-motivated, detail-oriented, enthusiastic, have a positive attitude and be completely dependable and punctual
- Exceptional customer service skills; warm, friendly personality, energetic, enthusiastic, polite, tactful; pleasant and professional demeanour
- Strong multi-tasking skills and quick learner for computer skills and scheduling system; excellent organizational skills
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality; must be discrete
- Ability to work well under pressure and complete high-quality work in accordance to clinic standards
- Be comfortable performing financial transactions; taking payments for services and products

**Experience**:

- Strong computer skills, able to learn our EMR (Jane App), basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent knowledge of health care and office practices, procedures and standards preferred
- Must have previous phone and communication experience in a physiotherapy clinic

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

- Bachelor's Degree (required)
