**Your responsibilities**:

- Coordinate training schedules and employee requests.
- Provide the Accredited Check Pilots with continual updates on PPC schedules and actions.
- Assist the Director, Flight operations and Manager, Inflight Services with dissemination of operational items.
- Provide and review quality control checks as requested by the Director, Flight Operations.
- Review and track departmental audits.
- Liaise with the Departmental Management team for training documentation prior to submitting to the Human Resources team.
- Vetting of all training reports before they are sent to Transport Canada and the Training department.
- Provide support in the screening and hiring of Pilots, Dispatchers, and Flight Attendants as required by demand.
- Reconcile invoices and ensure all purchase orders and corporate travel expenditures are coded and recorded.
- Provide support to departmental employees for expense questions and submissions and ensure that submissions are in accordance with Company policies.
- Order and control office supplies.
- Provide any additional administrative support to the department upon request.

**Your Distinctive Ingredients for Success**:

- 1+ year of experience in an administrative role.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Post-secondary education in Administration or a related field is an asset.
- Proven computer skills with an emphasis on MS Office Suite.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
- Strong attention to detail.
