**We are looking for an Operations Specialist to join our team**

You will take part in the day-to-day activities with regards to the payment systems operations and support processes.

**About the role**:

- Perform merchant account setup configurations and modifications and follow up with necessary departments or merchants depending on the inquiry
- Undertake investigations escalated by the merchant services team
- With the growth of the department, project management, tracking and reporting on key activities and projects will be supported through teamwork
- Work closely with other departments, external partners to respond to both internal and external inquiries, provide updates and quickly resolve issues.

**About you**:

- You have College level education or equivalent training and experience
- You are client-focused, task-oriented, with an exceptional eye for detail
- You demonstrate a strong work ethic necessary to succeed in a fast-moving, competitive, and results-driven environment
- You are a solid team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- You enjoy multi-tasking and can work well under pressure
- You are proficient in MS Office
- You are proficient in MS Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You are bilingual English/French, both written and spoken

**Analyste des Opérations**

Vous participerez aux activités quotidiennes relatives aux opérations et aux processus de soutien des systèmes de paiement.

**À propos du rôle**:

- Effectuer les configurations et les modifications des comptes marchands et faire le suivi auprès des départements internes ou des marchands nécessaires, selon la demande
- Entreprendre des enquêtes qui sont transmises par l’équipe des services aux marchands
- En lien avec la croissance du département; la gestion de projet, la création et le suivi de rapports sur les activités et projets clés seront encouragés par le travail d’équipe
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les autres départements et les partenaires externes pour répondre aux demandes de renseignements internes et externes.

- Vous avez fait des études collégiales ou possédez une formation et de l’expérience équivalentes
- Vous êtes axé sur le client et la tâche à accomplir et vous avez le souci du détail
- Vous faites preuve d'une solide éthique de travail, nécessaire pour réussir dans un environnement en évolution rapide, compétitif et axé sur les résultats.
- Vous avez l'esprit d'équipe et possédez d'excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et de communication.
- Vous aimez les tâches multiples et pouvez travailler sous pression.
- Vous maîtrisez MS Office
- Vous maîtrisez MS Excel
- Vous avez d'excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite
- Vous êtes bilingue anglais/français, à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
