- Monitor and uphold CMS quality standards for customer service and physical locations, ensuring excellence in every interaction.
- Promote customer satisfaction objectives among residents and partners, fostering strong relationships and loyalty.
- Develop existing services by optimizing partner visibility, driving growth and engagement.
- Create intervention plans as needed, addressing any challenges or areas for improvement.
- Nurture relationships with potential clients and CMS partners, identifying new opportunities and building trust.
- Maintain accurate records and registers to ensure up-to-date CMS data, supporting informed decision-making.
- Organize and coordinate successful CMS events, showcasing our expertise and commitment to the community.
- Contribute to market development activities, staying attuned to industry trends and job market opportunities.
- Participate in management committee discussions to refine processes, driving continuous improvement.
- Proactively seek out potential clients through targeted outreach, networking, and email communication, solidifying business relationships and promoting the CMS concept.
- Diploma with sales and customer service experience, demonstrating ability to build rapport and drive results.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, showcasing leadership skills and adaptability.
- Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet, leveraging technology to enhance productivity.
- Holds a valid driver's license, enabling flexibility and responsiveness.
- Experience in personnel management is an asset, highlighting ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Competitive salary range: $22 - $24.50 per hour, recognizing value and dedication.
