**Implementation Specialist**

**We are looking for an Implementation Specialist to join our team**

As a member of the PayFacto Professional Services team, you will help configure, program and teach the technologies PayFacto offers to all its customers, internal and external.

The Implementation Specialist acts as a consultant within the project scope, working to understand our customers’ business requirements and operations, and advising customers on best practices. As PayFacto continues to grow and expand, the Implementation Specialist must continue to learn and perfect their training on all technologies offered by PayFacto.

**About the role**:

- Lead or support all aspects of customer implementations
- Define detail project implementation plans
- Serve as the lead contact for daily customer interaction and implementation activities
- Ensure effective transfer of information learned in training to the work environment
- Diagnosis, research and analyze customer issues and requests
- Develop, track and report key implementation progress metrics
- Prioritize and escalate issues when needed and keep customers informed of progress
- Develop and maintain implementation best practices, document procedures, standards, configuration settings and sequences
- Work with third-party vendors when issues traverse multiple systems
- Assist with data conversions
- Identify gaps in functionality and work with product management to enhance our products
- Participate in enhancement creation, release and change management activities
- Create and update product and training documentation
- If needed, support sales team during selling and discovery process
- Learning new releases and functionality in preparation for the next implementation

**About you**:

- You have College or University level education or equivalent training and experience
- You are client-focused, task-oriented, with an exceptional eye for detail
- You demonstrate a strong work ethic necessary to succeed in a fast-moving, competitive and results-driven environment
- You are a solid team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- You enjoy multi-tasking and can work well under pressure
- You are proficient in MS Office
- You are proficient to advanced in MS Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You are bilingual English/French, both written and spoken

- Diriger ou soutenir tous les aspects des mises en œuvre chez les clients
- Définir les plans détaillés de mise en œuvre des projets
- Servir de contact principal pour l'interaction quotidienne avec les clients et les activités de mise en œuvre
- Assurer le transfert efficace des informations apprises lors de la formation vers l'environnement de travail
- Diagnostiquer, rechercher et analyser les problèmes et les demandes des clients
- Développer, suivre et rapporter les mesures clés de l'avancement de la mise en œuvre
- Hiérarchiser et faire remonter les problèmes si nécessaire et tenir les clients informés de l'avancement
- Développer et maintenir les meilleures pratiques de mise en œuvre, documenter les procédures, les normes, les paramètres de configuration et les séquences
- Travailler avec des fournisseurs tiers lorsque les problèmes concernent plusieurs systèmes.
- Aider à la conversion des données
- Identifier les lacunes dans la fonctionnalité et travailler avec la gestion des produits pour améliorer nos produits
- Participer aux activités de création d'améliorations, de diffusion et de gestion des changements
- Créer et mettre à jour la documentation relative aux produits et à la formation
- Si nécessaire, soutenir l'équipe de vente pendant le processus de vente et de découverte
