**Position Overview**:
As the Anytime Fitness Location Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our fitness center. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, member satisfaction, staff management, and achieving business goals. **Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Excellence**: Ensure the fitness center operates efficiently and effectively, maintaining a clean and safe environment for members.
- **Member Engagement**: Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for members, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly.
- **Sales and Marketing**: Develop and implement strategies to attract new members, retain existing members, and achieve revenue targets.
- **Budget Management**: Monitor and manage the center's financial performance, including budgeting and expense control.
- **Compliance**: Ensure the center adheres to all Anytime Fitness policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
- **Customer Service**: Handle member inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally and effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in fitness management or related field preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Sales and marketing experience is a plus.
- Passion for health and fitness.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
