- Le recruteur sur site collaborera étroitement avec les gestionnaires de recrutement pour comprendre les besoins uniques du site et assurer un processus de recrutement fluide et efficace. Le recruteur met l'accent sur la création de relations solides avec les entreprises de talents locaux, en utilisant des stratégies spécifiques au site pour attirer et retenir les meilleurs talents. De plus, il pourrait contribuer au processus d'intégration et agir en tant que liaison entre le site et les efforts de recrutement organisationnels plus larges.**Principales responsabilités**:

- Responsable principalement des rôles liés à la production, à l'ingénierie, à la maintenance et à d'autres postes opérationnels.
- Impliqué dans le maintien d'un flux constant de travailleurs qualifiés et dans la réponse immédiate aux besoins en main-d'œuvre au niveau du site.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les gestionnaires de site, les superviseurs de production et d'autres leaders opérationnels pour comprendre les exigences des postes, la dynamique des équipes et la culture du site.
- Exécuter de manière constante pour garantir un processus de recrutement fluide et efficace d'excellence.
- Se tenir informé des lois et des règlements en matière d'emploi pour s'assurer que les processus de recrutement respectent les exigences légales.
- Fournir des données de marché pour influencer les discussions axées sur la croissance et se tenir informé des tendances nationales du marché du travail.
- Établir et maintenir des partenariats solides avec les leaders, les fournisseurs, les organisations communautaires et les membres de l'équipe.
- Identifier les domaines d'amélioration du processus et mettre en œuvre les meilleures pratiques en matière de recrutement.
- Se tenir au courant des tendances de l'industrie et des stratégies innovantes de recrutement.

- Diplôme universitaire de premier cycle.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
- Expérience en recrutement dans le secteur manufacturier.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles.
- Compétences exceptionnelles en recherche de marché et en sourcing.
