At CanadaStartups.org, we're building a community of entrepreneurs and providing them with the resources they need to succeed. We're looking for a dedicated and empathetic **Sales Agent **/ **Business Consultant** to join our team and help us connect with passionate individuals like you.
**In this role, you will**:
- **Guide and support**: Provide advice and guidance to aspiring entrepreneurs, helping them navigate the challenges of starting a business.
- **Build relationships**: Connect with individuals who have a vision and help them find the resources they need to bring it to life.

- **Grow and learn**: Develop your skills and knowledge in the dynamic world of entrepreneurship with ongoing training and mentorship.
**We're looking for someone who**:
- Is a strong communicator and active listener.
- Can build rapport and understand the unique needs of each entrepreneur.
- Is self-motivated and driven to make a difference.
- Has a passion for supporting Canadian innovation.
**Experience in the following areas would be an asset**:
- Phone-based communication
- Business development or entrepreneurship
- Technology or related fields
- CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
**Compensation and Benefits**:
We offer a competitive compensation package that rewards your contributions. This includes a base hour salary of $18, **plus a generous commission structure** that allows you to significantly increase your earnings based on your performance. (Our current sales agents income is averaged at 90,000 per year). After a 3-month probationary period, we'll work with you to determine the best compensation structure to suit your goals and earning potential, whether you prefer a higher base salary or a more commission-focused approach.

This role is primarily remote, with two in-office days per month scheduled at your convenience. Please note that travel to our Etobicoke/Toronto office is required for two weeks of training and job shadowing.
