**Position Overview**

The Bilingual In-store Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the In-Store Marketing Team with translating In-store marketing materials from English to French (QC) and assist in creating in-store marketing materials for print as well as performing basic administrative tasks.

You will translate in-store marketing materials from English to French (QC) in a manner that resonates with UNIQLO’s brand language and tone and assist in the creation of in-store marketing materials of the Point of Purchase / Posters based on the list of information (Price, Brand, Product, Event, etc.) while utilizing a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy throughout the process.

This individual should have excellent communication skills and be able to professionally collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams - including internal departments, store-side personnel and external vendor/s - in an effective manner.

**Desired Skills and Experiences**:

- College diploma or Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or related field
- Fluent in oral and written English and French (Full-professional or native proficiency in written French is required)
- Familiar with Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets), MS Office (Excel), and Adobe Illustrator
- Ability to quickly adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Strong analytical and time management skills

**Aperçu du poste**

Le coordonnateur marketing bilingue en magasin sera chargé d’aider l’équipe de marketing en magasin à traduire le matériel de marketing en magasin de l’anglais au français, spécifiquement pour la région du Québec, de participer à la création de matériel de marketing en magasin pour l’impression, ainsi que d’effectuer des tâches administratives de base.

Vous traduirez le matériel de marketing en magasin de l’anglais au français pour la région du Québec, en respectant le langage et le ton de la marque UNIQLO et vous participerez à la création de matériel de marketing en magasin du point de vente et des affiches en fonction de la liste d’information (prix, marque, produit, événement, etc.) tout en portant une attention particulière aux détails et à l’exactitude tout au long du processus.

Vous devez posséder d’excellentes compétences en communication et être capable de collaborer et de coordonner professionnellement avec des équipes inter fonctionnelles - y compris les départements internes, le personnel en magasin et les fournisseurs externes - d’une manière efficace.

**Compétences et expériences souhaitées**:

- Diplôme universitaire ou licence en graphisme, marketing, communication ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais et du français, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit (Maîtrise du français à l’écrit niveau professionnel, très avancée ou d’origine est requise).
- Familiarité avec Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets), MS Office (Excel) et Adobe Illustrator.
- Capacité à s’adapter rapidement au changement.
- Capacité à communiquer de manière claire et concise.
- Solides compétences en matière d’analyse et de gestion du temps.
